About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and analytical AI Project Intern to support the Revenue Management team in the car rental industry. This internship is intended for a student or recent graduate pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. The intern will gain hands-on experience applying AI and data-driven solutions to real business challenges, exploring how artificial intelligence, automation, and data analysis can improve revenue management, pricing strategies, operational efficiency, and business decision-making.

This is a paid, flexible internship with a hybrid work arrangement combining in-office collaboration and work-from-home hours. The schedule is approximately 5–10 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with hours coordinated with the Revenue Management team. The internship is expected to last approximately 3–6 months.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Interest in applying AI and emerging technologies to real-world business problems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Excel, data visualization, or data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage assignments, and communicate findings clearly.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to AI tools, machine learning, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
• Relevant coursework or project experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate AI tools, technologies, and applications relevant to revenue management and car rental operations.
• Assist with analyzing rental data, pricing trends, vehicle utilization, demand patterns, and revenue performance.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve reporting, forecasting, and business processes.
• Help develop and test AI-powered tools, dashboards, reports, and analytical models.
• Use data analysis tools to organize information, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
• Assist with automating repetitive tasks and improving existing workflows.
• Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to define project goals, test solutions, and document results.
• Present findings and recommendations to team members.
