About The Position

This person builds and runs the operational infrastructure that allows the AI Strategy function to manage a growing portfolio. The role involves creating and managing key frameworks and processes for AI initiatives, including intake, inventory, prioritization, and lifecycle governance. The individual will also be responsible for tracking portfolio health, establishing an operating rhythm for the AI Strategy team, and coordinating resources across different departments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a senior program or delivery manager.
• Experience building intake, inventory, and prioritization frameworks as deployed operational tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Managed cross-functional technology delivery programs.
• Experience in financial services or a regulated environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the operational infrastructure for the AI Strategy function.
• Develop an intake framework for AI use case ideas.
• Create a centralized registry of AI initiatives (use case inventory).
• Establish a prioritization framework for ranking AI use cases.
• Document the end-to-end lifecycle governance for AI use cases.
• Track portfolio health across all active initiatives (status, dependencies, risks, decisions).
• Establish the operating rhythm for the AI Strategy team (cadence of reviews, Working Group preparation, cross-functional coordination).
• Coordinate resources between AI Strategy, ORM, and CTO's engineering teams.
