About The Position

This person builds and runs the operational infrastructure that allows the AI Strategy function to manage a growing portfolio. The role involves creating and managing key deliverables such as an intake framework for AI use case ideas, a centralized inventory of AI initiatives, and a prioritization framework. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle governance of use cases, tracking portfolio health, establishing an operating rhythm for the AI Strategy team, and coordinating resources across different departments.

Requirements

• Senior program or delivery manager with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience building intake, inventory, and prioritization frameworks as deployed operational tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Managed cross-functional technology delivery programs.

Nice To Haves

• Financial services or regulated environment experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an intake framework for AI use case ideas.
• Create and maintain a centralized inventory of all AI initiatives.
• Establish and manage a prioritization framework for ranking use cases.
• Document and manage the end-to-end lifecycle governance of use cases, including intake, risk classification, approval, delivery, and adoption.
• Track portfolio health across all active initiatives, including status, dependencies, risks, and decisions needed.
• Define and manage the operating rhythm for the AI Strategy team, including review cadences and Working Group preparation.
• Coordinate resources between AI Strategy, ORM, and CTO's engineering teams to ensure initiatives are sequenced against capacity.
