About The Position

The AI Product Operations Lead will lead AI co-creation for Forge-for-Utilities (FFU), working directly with utility customers, Product, Engineering, forward-deployed teams, and strategic AI partners to identify, validate, and scale high-value agentic capabilities. The role owns the customer co-creation program, forward-deployed engineering strategy, rapid AI validation, agentic capability leadership, strategic AI partnerships, and translating data-and-agent capabilities into product marketing and sales enablement materials.
