About The Position

The AI Product Lead will identify opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, automation, and generative AI to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, customer experience, and business outcomes. This role involves collaborating with data engineers, developers, data scientists, analysts, and architects to design scalable AI solutions and ensure their effective integration with enterprise systems, data platforms, and business processes. The position requires developing business cases, project plans, resource requirements, and implementation roadmaps, while adhering to standards and frameworks for AI lifecycle management, monitoring, and continuous improvement. The role may require up to 30% travel per year for projects, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, or related discipline with 4 to 6 years of related technical experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
• Demonstrated comprehension and experience with common project management methodologies (such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)
• Previous experience applying AI and analytical tools, techniques, and processes to solve business problems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and tailor communications to a wide variety of audiences; ability to communicate complex topics in a simple manner
• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow standards and frameworks for AI lifecycle management, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Ability to travel as needed for projects, estimated to be no more than 30% per year
• Other projects or duties as assigned
