About The Position

ResQ is seeking an AI Product Designer to lead the design of intelligent, customer-centric experiences for their AI-first platform. This role involves close collaboration with Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to transform complex challenges into simple, intuitive solutions. The ideal candidate is a builder who excels at the intersection of design and technology, capable of moving rapidly from concept to shipped product using tools like Figma, AI-powered tools, and code. This position will play a key role in defining product strategy, influencing the development of AI experiences, and elevating design standards across the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Comfortable building and shipping product experiences using Git, AI-assisted development tools (such as Claude Code, MagicPath, Cursor, or similar), and traditional design tools like Figma.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, ideally with B2B products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in an innovation-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design AI-first product experiences that solve real customer problems.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, customer-centric experiences.
  • Own the design process from discovery and ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  • Quickly turn ideas into interactive prototypes using Figma, AI-powered design and development tools, and code to validate concepts.
  • Partner with the Engineering team to shape product strategy, prioritize opportunities, and deliver impactful features.
  • Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and research to understand user needs and inform product and design decisions.
  • Design intuitive workflows for AI-powered features, automation, and intelligent recommendations to build customer trust and drive adoption.
  • Build and evolve scalable design systems, reusable components, and UX patterns to ensure platform consistency.
  • Use customer feedback, product analytics, and experimentation to iterate quickly and continuously improve the user experience.
