Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing underwriting workflows, systems, and processes to understand and document the current state.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business SMEs to identify opportunities for improvement and design optimized underwriting workflows.
• Utilize underwriting expertise to present informed proposals and solutions that align with target workflows and business objectives.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements that align with the product vision and roadmap.
• Coordinate with business users to finalize and approve business requirements, while effectively managing and prioritizing changes based on evolving business needs.
• Evaluate product outcomes and identify discrepancies from expectation in product acceptance testing. Proactively resolve discrepancies to achieve expected outcomes of the solutions.
• Engage with business stakeholders and end users to ensure successful user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to the entire project lifecycle, from inception through user acceptance and deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with business users to guarantee that developed solutions meet their requirements and drive value.
