About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking an AI Policy and Responsible Use Consultant for an active RFP opportunity with Pinellas County. The county requires consulting services to develop an enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence strategic roadmap and governance framework. This framework will encompass current-state readiness, governance structures, responsible-use policy, use case identification, ROI analysis, workforce change management, vendor/procurement strategy, and a three-to-five-year implementation roadmap.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft enterprise AI policy guidance addressing authorized and prohibited use, privacy, cybersecurity, ethics, transparency, human oversight, public records compliance, records retention, CJIS boundaries, and responsible use safeguards.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
