We're looking for an AI Platform Owner to lead the strategy, evolution, and adoption of enterprise AI platforms that enable innovation, responsible AI practices, and measurable business outcomes. Requirements

A product-minded leader with experience owning enterprise technology, data, AI, or platform products from strategy through execution.
Experienced in delivering enterprise-scale AI, machine learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
Skilled at balancing innovation, governance, security, and user experience within complex organizations.
Comfortable partnering with both technical teams and executive stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
Experienced in product management disciplines including roadmap development, backlog prioritization, KPI definition, and stakeholder alignment.
Knowledgeable in responsible AI, governance frameworks, risk management, cybersecurity, or regulatory considerations.
Passionate about change management and driving adoption of transformative technologies.
An exceptional communicator who can simplify complex concepts and influence across diverse audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in consulting, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.
Relevant certifications in AI, Cloud Technologies, Product Management, Agile, Data & Analytics, or Risk Management are a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise AI platform capabilities, balancing business value, adoption, governance, and scalability.
Lead AI platform initiatives that support Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies across the enterprise.
Drive the development of scalable onboarding, governance, monitoring, and operational capabilities that enable AI adoption with confidence.
Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to embed responsible AI principles and controls into platform services.
Create a frictionless experience that encourages enterprise teams to adopt AI through standardized, reusable, and governed solutions.
Define and monitor platform success metrics, including adoption, utilization, deployment velocity, and business outcomes.
Translate executive priorities into actionable product roadmaps and platform investments.
Help organizations establish sustainable AI operating models that support innovation while managing risk.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams on enterprise AI platform strategy and transformation.
