About The Position

Provides technical support, administration, and ongoing enhancement of the airport’s artificial intelligence platforms and solutions. Supports the existing internal AI-enabled chat platform and assists with future AI initiatives, pilots, and integrations. Works with systems, data, security, and business teams to ensure AI solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of experience in systems engineering, application support, platform administration, or cloud engineering.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, platforms, or services (e.g., AI chat platforms, machine learning services, LLM based tools).
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms, integrations, or SaaS solutions.
• Understanding of data access, security, and governance considerations for AI systems.
• Ability to work across technical and business teams to support emerging technology initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, or automation tools preferred.
• AI- or cloud-related certifications preferred but not required.
