About The Position

This role focuses on organizational change management, aiming to improve how an organization functions and achieves its long-term goals. The specialist will work with U.S. government customers to create change and efficiency by applying critical thinking, change management experience, and project management skills to solve pressing organizational challenges.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in project or program management, process improvement, and business analysis
Experience with policy and governance processes in the Intel Community
Ability to solve complex problems using critical thinking and clearly articulate analysis in writing
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience running and managing governance forums with senior leaders in the Intel Community
Experience working with executives
Knowledge of current AI policy issues, as intersecting with tech and legal
Possession of excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal/briefing and writing
