Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Proficiency in Python and/or other relevant programming languages
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI is a strong plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team environment

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing and new products
- Research and evaluate emerging AI frameworks, tools, and methodologies
- Build and maintain data pipelines to support model training and evaluation
- Monitor, optimize, and fine-tune deployed models for performance and accuracy
- Document technical architectures, processes, and model performance metrics
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
