  • Hands-on OpenClaw or agentic experience (e.g., Hermes Agent, LangChain, AutoGPT, and custom LLM/API projects) is mandatory
  • Demonstrated experience building agent skills/workflows and understanding framework behavior beyond theory
  • A proactive and driven attitude; ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and implement them independently

  • Clear communication skills to interact with executives and GTM teams, translating their needs into working automation
  • A GitHub profile with a history of contributions ('more green than black')

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI asset generation, security, and compliance

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain OpenClaw (& other agentic) skills and workflows across the GTM org
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS/AM, and Partnerships to identify high-leverage tasks for automation and implement them
  • Integrate agents into existing GTM tools by connecting APIs, data sources, and third-party services
  • Prototype solutions rapidly, deploy them to real users, and iterate based on feedback
  • Ensure reliability by diagnosing and fixing broken agent workflows
