About The Position

Melotech is revolutionizing media and entertainment by creating art through technology. We are looking for individuals who take full ownership from day one. As an AI Operator, you will be responsible for a complete revenue-generating product, including its numbers, roadmap, and execution. This role involves being a technical generalist working directly with the founders, with AI integrated into all aspects of the work. Daily tasks include owning a revenue-generating product end-to-end, building tools, automations, and products with AI, conducting data analysis to form views and make decisions, and working across product, growth, and operations to identify leverage points. You will have the freedom to expand your scope based on performance and make significant calls that shape the product's trajectory and the company's direction.

Requirements

AI-native for real: you build with AI tools every day and can point to at least one tool, automation or product you created yourself
Combine business and tech: a business background with a visible technical side (a serious bootcamp, a data science or CS conversion master's, shipped projects), or a technical degree (CS, math, engineering) paired with a commercial track record (product roles, consulting, an early startup stint)
Strong business sense: you think in revenue, unit economics and what actually moves the number
An exceptional track record: a top university, a top-tier firm or fund, or an early core role at a top-VC-backed startup where you progressed fast
Evidence of drive and curiosity: hackathons, tech and startup university societies, side projects, etc
Thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment

Internet-native. You know what's trending, what's breaking, and you're into music, media, gaming or social

Responsibilities

Owning a revenue-generating product end to end, commercially and operationally, from day one
Building tools, automations and real products with AI, going from idea to production at lightspeed, with AI tools as your daily coworkers
Living in the data: running your own analysis, forming your own views, and deciding off the evidence
Moving across product, growth and operations, wherever the leverage is that week
Going deep and hard on any topic that moves the number, with the freedom to expand your scope as fast as you perform
Making bold calls that shape your product's trajectory and our company
