About The Position

Apprenticely is partnering with Naukr.ai to find a Customer Success Engineer - Deployment Intern for their team in Bentonville, Arkansas. This is a three-month internship program (32-40 hours/week) designed to provide IT experience under the guidance of a mentor. The internship can lead to full-time employment based on employer needs. Naukr.ai is building a Generative AI Operating System for Data Science, transforming how organizations interact with data. Their platform develops and deploys autonomous data science and insights reporting agents, aiming to deliver insights faster, better, and cheaper by bypassing traditional data processing bottlenecks. This role involves bridging the gap between their AI product and human execution, including on-site client deployments, data pipeline integration, and training enterprise teams to use AI agents instead of spreadsheets.

Requirements

Basic understanding of databases, SQL, data structures, and how enterprise data workflows operate (ETL, dashboards, or BI tools).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable presenting to professional rooms, driving workshops, and confidently training corporate stakeholders.
High energy and complete willingness to travel frequently to client offices at a short notice as required by deployment schedules.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude—someone who doesn’t just sit behind a laptop, but actively engages clients to ensure technical success.
Current Arkansas state resident
Ability to pass a standard background check
Ability to work 32-40 hours a week, during and following the three-month internship
Ability to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
High curiosity and interest in learning new technologies and growing or starting your IT career
Technical aptitude exhibited through projects, experience, or online learning and the ability to communicate what you know

Responsibilities

Travel to client sites locally in NWA to lead technical deployment of the Naukr AI platform.
Assist clients with initial data connection and pipeline setups, helping them automate the heavy "ETL" (Extract, Transform, Load) cleaning burden via our agentic layer.
Conduct live, hands-on training sessions for client data analysts, supply chain teams, and revenue managers to show them how to "chat with data" and leverage our live data stories.
Diagnose and resolve platform configuration issues on-site, serving as the direct feedback loop between the client and our core engineering team.
Ensure client teams are actively utilizing our platform ensuring high adoption.
