About The Position

Giftogram is seeking an AI Operations Manager to architect systems, solve operational problems, and drive business outcomes across their revenue organization. This role is for individuals with a technical or analytical foundation who are excited about applying AI to improve business operations rather than focusing on software development. The AI Operations Manager will report to the Head of Revenue and collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to implement AI solutions, build workflows, manage tools, and train the team on their usage.

Requirements

  • Background in CS, engineering, mathematics, data science, or a related technical field.
  • Genuine hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, used daily.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar) and CRM/GTM tools.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an operational, analytical, or business-facing role, or a strong internship/project record demonstrating this orientation.
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical teammates.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Experience building HubSpot workflows or integrations.
  • Familiarity with AI prompt engineering or building Claude/GPT-powered automations.
  • Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, rewards, incentives, or a revenue-driven business.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI workflows and automations across the GTM stack (HubSpot, Slack, etc.) using platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, and Make.
  • Identify and prioritize AI use cases across sales, marketing, and customer success by understanding team friction points.
  • Create and maintain prompt libraries, SOPs, and playbooks for consistent, repeatable, and scalable AI usage.
  • Manage AI tool vendors and subscriptions, evaluating new tools, handling renewals, and ensuring ROI.
  • Train and enable the team on AI tools and best practices through hands-on sessions, documentation, and support.
  • Monitor and report on AI adoption and impact, tracking workflow usage and effectiveness.
  • Stay current on the AI landscape and proactively bring relevant developments and tools to leadership's attention.
