About The Position

Taktile is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive the internal adoption and integration of AI across the organization. This role is focused on building the tools, integrations, and workflows that enhance the productivity of every Taktilian, rather than developing customer-facing features. The successful candidate will be the first dedicated hire for this mission, collaborating with team leads to identify, build, and scale impactful AI workflows. This position operates at both strategic and hands-on levels, involving roadmap definition, leadership reporting, and direct workflow development. The role requires working from one of Taktile's offices in Berlin, Iasi, or London at least three days per week.

Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting, operations, or a similar cross-functional senior role.
• Ability to write and review production-grade Python and SQL.
• Strong technical background, e.g., Data Science.
• Technical deployment experience.
• Hands-on experience building with modern LLM tooling (agent frameworks, tool use, prompt engineering, MCP, evals).
• Sufficient technical depth to discuss LLM pipelines, agentic workflows, and integrations.
• Excellence in breaking down complex problems and making quick, well-informed decisions.
• Strong program management skills across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for leadership reporting and internal playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Taktile's internal AI roadmap, prioritizing use cases across Go-to-market, Operations, and G&A.
• Track market trends, peer practices, regulatory evolution, and emerging tools to stay on the frontier of AI.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the AI setup to maximize adoption and improve team efficiency.
• Report to leadership on progress, AI adoption, and program ROI.
• Set the internal standard for "production-ready" AI workflows and act as the escalation point and quality bar for AI initiatives.
• Define a build vs. buy framework for AI point solutions, assessing and approving tools in collaboration with teams.
• Build internal tools and agents end-to-end that integrate Taktile's SaaS stack (HubSpot, Notion, Linear, Gong) into daily workflows.
• Evolve AI architecture based on internal customer needs and measurable improvements.
• Identify, prioritize, and scale automation opportunities across business units.
• Embed with teams across Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to identify high-leverage AI workflows.
• Build team-level ownership and coordinate a network of AI champions for workflow maintenance.
• Drive adoption through hands-on workshops, pair sessions, and office hours.
• Partner with Security and IT on governance, applying least-privilege principles, and building guardrails, access scoping, and audit trails.
