AI Operations Analyst - Digital Publishing & Social Media
About The Position
Valnet is seeking an AI Operations Analyst to identify, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions for a large-scale digital publishing organization. This role involves working closely with editorial teams and other stakeholders to improve repetitive, time-consuming, or inefficient processes using AI. The analyst will help transform AI capabilities into practical tools for research, content ideation, production, optimization, quality control, and publishing workflows. This is a hands-on execution role focused on making editorial teams faster, more efficient, and more effective through AI.
Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience in AI, operations, analytics, automation, digital media, or a related field
- AI-native mindset with strong hands-on experience using modern AI tools
- Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and automation
- Proven ability to turn an idea into a working solution and drive it into production
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with non-technical teams and translating business problems into practical solutions
- Curious, entrepreneurial, and constantly looking for ways to improve how things are done
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and working independently
- Strong bias toward execution and measurable results
Nice To Haves
- Experience in digital media, editorial, content, or publishing is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Identify repetitive and inefficient editorial and social workflows where AI can create meaningful impact
- Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows that improve productivity and content output
- Develop AI-assisted solutions for research, ideation, outlining, SEO, internal linking, formatting, quality control, publishing, and social media
- Test and optimize LLMs, prompts, AI tools, and automation workflows
- Monitor AI outputs and establish processes to maintain quality and accuracy
- Work directly with writers and editorial teams to drive adoption and improve workflows
- Track productivity, efficiency, content output, and other key performance metrics
- Continuously improve solutions based on data and user feedback
