AI Operations Analyst

FICO
•$105,000 - $165,000

About The Position

The AI Operations Analyst will support myFICO’s expanding AI-powered product features within the Scores B2C team. The role reviews AI chat conversations and Personalized Credit Insights summaries to identify inaccurate, unsupported, off-topic, or unsafe responses, then uses those findings to improve product quality. The analyst also monitors member feedback and quality trends, maintains labeled regression data, and reports findings and recommended fixes. The role works with Product, the Applied AI Engineer, and QA engineers on review tooling, rubrics, and sampling methods, and verifies fixes after releases. It also coordinates escalations with Legal, Compliance, and Trust & Safety, following flagged items through resolution. The position requires sound judgment, consistent application of written review criteria, strong SQL and dashboard skills, clear written communication, and discretion when handling sensitive consumer data in a regulated environment.

  • Sound judgment and close attention to detail, with the ability to apply a written rubric consistently and explain decisions.
