About The Position

Yodlee is building AI-enabled engineering platforms to accelerate delivery of next-generation APIs, Open Finance solutions, and intelligent financial applications. As an AI-Native Platform Engineer Intern, you will work alongside experienced architects and engineers to design, build, and enhance AI-powered applications, AI agents, and developer productivity solutions using modern AI-assisted engineering practices. This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale API platforms, GenAI applications, AI coding assistants, and cloud-native engineering workflows.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
• Strong programming foundation in Python, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, tool/function calling, API integration, and AI-assisted application development.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Exposure to AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI-enabled applications, APIs, and automation tools.
• Build modular GenAI applications, AI agents, and agentic workflows using enterprise AI platforms such as Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock or similar technologies.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Support development of scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Participate in AI-assisted testing, debugging, and automation workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product teams on innovative platform initiatives.
• Research emerging AI technologies and contribute ideas to improve engineering productivity and automation maturity.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Take ownership of assigned features, prototypes, or automation initiatives under mentorship guidance.
