About The Position

Our client is a fast-growing fintech company building AI-powered financial research products for investors, hedge funds, and financial professionals worldwide. With a team of approximately 30 people distributed across the UK, Spain, and Europe, the company operates as a fully remote, output-driven organization focused on building cutting-edge AI solutions on top of large-scale financial datasets. As the business continues to grow, they are looking to hire multiple AI-native software engineers who are passionate about leveraging modern AI coding tools and building products that solve complex real-world problems. We are looking for an AI-Native Full Stack JavaScript Engineer who enjoys building modern web applications while using AI as a core part of the software development workflow. This is not a traditional software engineering role. The ideal candidate already relies on tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI-assisted development environments and sees AI as an essential productivity multiplier. You'll help build next-generation financial research products powered by large language models and unstructured financial data.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Full Stack JavaScript Engineer
• Experience building modern web applications
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as: Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent AI-assisted development tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience processing or working with large datasets
• Fintech or financial data experience
• Startup or high-growth company experience

Responsibilities

• Design and build full stack web applications using the JavaScript ecosystem
• Develop AI-powered features and workflows for financial research products
• Work with structured and unstructured financial data
• Collaborate closely with the CTO and product team
• Use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, or similar) as part of your daily development process
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Contribute ideas to product and technical discussions
