The engineer will build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models and AI-driven systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product opportunities, and support production performance through evaluation, tuning, monitoring, and ongoing improvements. Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience building and deploying machine learning or deep learning models in production.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and MLOps practices.
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or predictive modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with data engineering tools and big data technologies such as Spark and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and scope AI/ML opportunities within products.
- Build and maintain data pipelines that support model training and inference.
- Evaluate models, tune performance, and continuously improve deployed systems.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, frameworks, and tools.
- Monitor production models and address model drift, accuracy, and reliability issues.
- Document technical processes, architectures, and model performance metrics.
