About The Position

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer III to join our team! This role involves selecting appropriate data sets, performing statistical analysis, and researching, implementing, and tuning a broad range of AI and ML algorithms and tools. The engineer will build and operate MLOps pipelines for training, deploying, monitoring, and retraining models at scale, and transform data science prototypes into scalable production solutions. The position also requires overseeing the test and evaluation of AI and ML algorithms through an iterative design process to meet verification and validation requirements, designing or selecting appropriate data and knowledge representation methods, verifying data and model output quality, and identifying differences in data distribution that affect model performance. System integration oversight is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• Ten (10) years experience in applied machine learning in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Experience with standard machine learning frameworks, e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated background in natural language processing (NLP)
• Experience applying MLOps practices in a production mission environment
