About The Position

The AI Lead for PCL Industrial Services, Inc. in Chandler, Arizona, supports the identification, design, and delivery of AI-enabled solutions that improve business processes and outcomes. The AI Solution Lead 2 leads medium-complexity AI initiatives and serves as a primary liaison between operations, business partners, and enterprise AI governance. The role advances AI opportunities, ensures responsible and compliant delivery, drives adoption and change management, and maximizes business value through scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IT or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a business technology or information technology environment.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives, influence diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive successful AI adoption and business outcomes.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple AI initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Translate complex business workflows into scalable AI solutions that support operational consistency and enterprise strategy.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and advance AI opportunities while ensuring alignment with Responsible AI standards and governance requirements.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities across multiple business groups.
• Measure and report business outcomes, solution performance, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
