We are proud and excited to offer summer internships for 2026 across several of our different office locations and are currently seeking a AI Intern to join our team in Seattle. Requirements

  • Must be pursuing or have a degree in Business, Finance, or business-related.
  • Junior student standing or higher preferred.
  • Availability in Summer 2026 (May/June start until August/September depending on school); part-time availability after Summer preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, well organized, and possess excellent follow-up skills.
  • Must be self–motivated, able to multi‐task, and work independently.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Support cross-functional projects by coordinating with teams across operations, finance, and technology.
  • Gather, organize, and analyze data to inform business decisions and track performance metrics.
  • Assist in implementing new tools and systems to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Document processes, create reports, and present insights to support ongoing business initiatives.
