About The Position

JLL is seeking an AI Integration Specialist to lead the integration of Generative AI, specifically Claude and related tools, into their daily brokerage, platform, and operations. This role involves designing, building, and iterating on AI solutions directly. The specialist will create prompts, assistants, and tools and then train non-technical teams on their usage. Key responsibilities include auditing business processes to identify bottlenecks and design AI-enhanced workflows, building specialized "AI Employees" using Claude Skills or Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect Claude to internal tools and data sources, testing and scaling AI solutions by establishing KPIs, and partnering with business teams to gather requirements and drive adoption.

Requirements

Deep expertise in the Anthropic Claude ecosystem, with demonstrated experience building and implementing LLM-based solutions, integrations, assistants and workflows in real business settings.
Experience using low-code tools like Zapier or Make.com to connect LLMs to existing business applications.
Experience with APIs, enterprise systems and data integrations.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and training materials for diverse audiences.
A portfolio of real-world "AI Builds" (e.g., a custom researcher bot or automated reporting pipeline) that solved a specific business problem.
Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and clients.
Clear understanding of how AI can improve real business processes — especially in sales and client delivery.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Audit existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and design end-to-end AI-enhanced workflows across leasing advisory, sales enablement, research, marketing, operations and finance to identify high-impact areas for AI integration.
Build specialized "AI Employees" using Claude Skills or Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect Claude to internal tools and data sources (Teams, Hubspot, etc.).
Establish KPIs to measure the impact of AI adoption on speed and quality of output, evaluation/quality control and adjusting prompts and tools as models evolve.
Aligning with business teams to gather requirements and drive adoption at every point of our business.
