Requirements

Advanced proficiency in ChatGPT (prompt engineering, workflows, custom GPTs)
Strong experience using Claude for long-form reasoning and document analysis
Skilled with Perplexity or similar AI research tools
Proven experience building prompt libraries, repeatable AI workflows, and AI-assisted SOPs
Experience integrating AI with Google Sheets/Excel, CRM systems, and automation tools (Zapier, Make)
Ability to train non-technical team members on AI tools

Nice To Haves

Staying current with emerging AI platforms
Having a strong understanding of when to use specific AI tools for specific outcomes

Responsibilities

Identifying opportunities where AI can remove friction, speed up workflows, and increase accuracy across teams.
Designing and refining AI-driven systems.
Building prompts and automations that others rely on daily.
Collaborating with leadership to measure the real-world ROI of each solution deployed.
Testing, refining, documenting, and training to ensure AI becomes a trusted, integrated tool throughout the organization.
