About The Position

Speed Vegas is looking for a hands-on AI Integration Lead to help us identify, prioritize, and implement practical AI solutions across the business. This role is for someone who can understand how a company operates, spot where AI can create real value, and help turn those opportunities into concrete improvements. The right person will combine business judgment, AI fluency, systems thinking, and execution. This is not a research-only or advisory-only role. We are looking for someone who can work closely with leadership and department teams to improve workflows, reporting, productivity, decision-making, and overall operating performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing AI solutions in real business environments
  • Strong ability to connect business needs with practical AI use cases
  • Experience with workflow automation, systems integration, and process improvement
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI tools, prompt design, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Familiarity with platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and related tools
  • Experience with APIs, SaaS tools, automation platforms, and system integrations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Hands-on mindset with strong execution ability

  • Internal knowledge bases or retrieval-based AI systems
  • CRM, booking systems, and customer workflow integrations
  • Automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar
  • Reporting and dashboard environments
  • Marketing technology, SEO, GEO, content workflows, and LLM optimization
  • AI governance, quality control, data privacy, and human oversight
  • Hospitality, tourism, entertainment, e-commerce, or other operationally complex service businesses

Responsibilities

  • Assess current systems, workflows, and processes to identify strong AI opportunities
  • Build a practical AI roadmap based on business value, feasibility, and ROI
  • Help implement AI solutions across sales, marketing, customer experience, reporting, and internal operations
  • Identify opportunities for automation, copilots, AI agents, internal knowledge systems, and workflow improvements
  • Improve reporting, decision support, and productivity through better use of AI and automation
  • Work closely with leadership and department heads to align AI initiatives with business priorities
  • Help teams adopt AI tools through documentation, SOPs, rollout plans, and practical training
  • Establish metrics and help measure the impact of AI initiatives over time
