About The Position

As our Pricing Integration Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind bringing new stores, suppliers, and product assortments into our systems with precision and confidence. Whether it’s an acquisition, a wholesaler transition, or a strategic vendor partnership, you’ll ensure pricing and item data are accurate, aligned, and ready for success. You won’t just manage data—you’ll connect teams, solve problems, and make integration feel seamless.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, merchandising systems, retail operations, or data management
  • Experience with item setup, vendor management, or pricing systems in a retail environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field preferred
  • Experience supporting large system conversions or supplier transitions preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead item and pricing updates during acquisitions and supplier transitions
  • Coordinate pricing and item file conversions to align with company systems
  • Partner with Category Management & Finance to support smart pricing strategies and margin goals
  • Validate vendor cost files and ensure accurate cost-to-retail relationships
  • Support onboarding of new suppliers with a sharp focus on pricing and item setup
  • Ensure item, pricing, and store configurations meet operational standards
  • Identify and resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, and discrepancies
  • Analyze sales trends to catch missing high-impact items
  • Collaborate across teams to fix issues before they reach stores
  • Lead pricing and item validation during system testing and UAT
  • Support pre-launch readiness and post-launch stabilization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve pricing issues in real time
  • Help store teams navigate changes with clear guidance
  • Contribute to training materials and communications
  • Provide hands-on support after launch to ensure success on the ground
