About The Position

We're looking for an AI Integration Consultant who can help us work smarter—not just faster. AI is evolving rapidly, and new tools emerge almost every week. We don't need someone who simply knows what's new—we're looking for someone who understands which technologies actually create value and how to integrate them into a creative agency's day-to-day operations. In this role, you'll help Invisible Colors identify opportunities to leverage AI across the business, from creative production and project management to internal operations and client delivery. You'll evaluate tools, build repeatable workflows, document best practices, and help our team confidently adopt new ways of working. This role is equal parts strategist, builder, educator, and problem solver. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure AI becomes a practical advantage rather than just another trend.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with leading AI platforms and large language models.
Building automations using tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.
Working with AI agents, prompt engineering, retrieval systems, and workflow automation.
Experience integrating AI into real-world business or creative workflows.
Strong understanding of current generative AI tools for writing, research, image generation, and video creation.
Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and determine where they deliver meaningful value.
Excellent documentation and process design skills.
Strong communication and facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
Curious, adaptable, and excited by rapidly evolving technology.

Responsibilities

Identifying opportunities to integrate AI into creative, operational, and administrative workflows.
Researching, evaluating, and implementing AI tools that improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration.
Building internal AI workflows using large language models, automation platforms, AI agents, and creative AI tools.
Creating documentation, SOPs, prompt libraries, and internal playbooks that make AI accessible across the organization.
Designing workflows that reduce repetitive work while maintaining quality and creative standards.
Training team members on AI tools and best practices through workshops, documentation, and one-on-one support.
Staying current on emerging AI technologies and recommending practical applications for the agency.
Collaborating with creative, strategy, project management, and leadership teams to understand challenges and develop effective AI-driven solutions.
Testing, refining, and continuously improving internal AI systems as tools evolve.
Helping establish governance, quality standards, and responsible AI practices across the organization.
