About The Position

The AI Innovation Program sits within the Digital Development Platform and accelerates AI adoption through practical, business-focused innovation. It partners with frontline teams and business stakeholders to design, build, and validate AI-enabled solutions that improve operational performance and simplify everyday work.

In this role, you will combine technical problem-solving with business understanding to develop practical solutions for operational challenges. Working directly with users and AI Innovation Leads, you will help turn ideas into working solutions and generate measurable business value through AI, automation, analytics, and integrations. The role suits professionals who enjoy developing ideas, exploring possibilities, and working with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 2–5 years of experience developing software, automation, analytics, data, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Practical experience with APIs, integrations, data preparation, workflow automation, and modern development tools.
• Practical experience with AI, automation, and data technologies, including real-world business use cases and implementation considerations.
• Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with solution design, testing methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and a structured approach to delivering results.
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with frontline operators, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify solution opportunities.
• Design, build, and test AI-enabled, automation, and data-driven solutions using approved development tools and platforms.
• Translate business requirements and target workflows into practical technical designs and scalable solution architectures.
• Assess technical feasibility, data readiness, implementation complexity, and solution risks to support informed decision-making.
• Integrate business systems, data sources, and automation capabilities to create reliable and efficient workflows.
• Support user testing, gather structured feedback, and continuously improve solutions based on operational performance.
• Document technical assets, reusable components, integrations, testing outcomes, and implementation learnings to support future scalability.
• Communicate technical concepts, trade-offs, and implementation considerations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
