About The Position

Cozen O’Connor is establishing a dedicated Legal AI & Practice Transformation team focused on revolutionizing legal service delivery through AI and emerging technologies. The AI Innovation Attorney – Transactional and Advisory will collaborate with the firm’s transactional and advisory practices to identify and implement significant opportunities for AI utilization, workflow redesign, and enhancement of legal work processes. This role encompasses practice innovation, AI enablement, product implementation, and change management, aiming to empower lawyers to effectively use AI in real-world matters and scale successful experimental initiatives into firm-wide capabilities. This position is ideal for an experienced lawyer with a transactional or advisory background who is actively engaged with generative AI and is passionate about shaping the future of transactional and advisory practice. The successful candidate will possess strong AI fluency, a clear perspective on how generative AI can improve transactional and advisory work, a sound understanding of its limitations, and the credibility to be a trusted peer.
