About The Position

As an AI Infrastructure & Governance Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of transportation by architecting and maintaining our AI data infrastructure, implementing ethical AI frameworks, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, AI operations, or governance.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ETL, and data security.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
• Program Management experience including reporting and documentation.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required for all roles at Scout Motors, Inc.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain a new AI data infrastructure
• Work cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and Risk on AI governance
• Implement ethical AI frameworks and compliance standards to Scout’s first AI data portfolio
• Support model deployment and monitoring of systems along with assessing and integrating new AI tools.
