About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups in fields such as AI Infrastructure. The Co-Founder / CTO will own, build, and run a startup, taking full responsibility for its development and scaling it toward €100M+ in revenue. The role includes a customized personal development program designed by unicorn founders, weekly one-to-one sparring, access to a founder and investor community, hiring support, and guidance on product-market fit, sales, marketing, and fundraising.

The successful entrepreneur may receive a salary while building the startup through direct employment by EWOR, or may instead opt for up to €500,000 in funding. EWOR also offers intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions, with funding support aimed at securing a multi-million-euro round within 12 months.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for the startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
