About The Position

EWOR is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, including in AI. The selected entrepreneur will own, build, and run a startup and take full responsibility for scaling it to €100M+ in revenue. They will receive a salary while building their startup as a direct EWOR employee, or may opt for up to €500,000 in funding.

EWOR provides weekly one-to-one sparring with unicorn founders, access to a community of founders, peers, and investors, and support with recruiting through a network of more than 50,000 professionals. The programme also includes personalised development focused on goal, time, and energy management; coaching to prepare the startup for fundraising; and support with product iteration toward product-market fit and with building a sales force or marketing engine. EWOR also supports fellows in securing a multi-million-euro funding round within 12 months; it states that fellows raise more than €2 million on average after the Grand Pitch.

Requirements

• Be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocating.
• Be willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Have excellent English communication skills.
