About The Position

The AI Image Production Specialist Internship runs from June through December 2027 and is based onsite in Monroe, Wisconsin. The intern will work with the Creative Marketing production team to use generative AI tools, Adobe Photoshop, and macOS to transform traditional product photography into realistic, brand-aligned lifestyle imagery. Work includes creating room settings, backgrounds, and other environments around photographed products; refining AI-generated content; accurately integrating products into scenes; and preparing polished imagery for use across the company’s brands and catalogs. The intern will collaborate with the creative team, incorporate feedback, and gain hands-on experience producing imagery in a professional production environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI prompts to achieve creative outcomes aligned with brand standards.
• Composite products into AI-generated environments while maintaining accurate scale, perspective, lighting, shadows, and product details.
• Use Adobe Photoshop to retouch imagery, correct AI-generated artifacts, and create seamless, production-ready images.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, incorporating creative direction and feedback while meeting production deadlines.
• Prepare organized, non-destructive Photoshop files and completed assets for handoff to downstream creative and digital teams.
