About The Position

As an AI & GenAI Data Scientist-Senior Associate at PwC, you will use advanced analytics, statistical modeling, exploratory analysis, and data visualization to help solve business problems and inform decisions within the Data and Analytics Engineering practice. You will contribute to AI-driven automation and cognitive solutions by turning large datasets into insights, supporting data-driven decision-making, and developing deliverables aligned with client needs and broader project objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build client connections, and guide junior team members while navigating ambiguity and deepening your technical skills. The role includes travel of up to 80%. The salary range is $77,000–$202,000, with actual compensation dependent on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

Requirements

At least a bachelor's degree.
At least 3 years of experience.

Experience mentoring junior team members and reviewing workstream deliverables.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex client problems using statistical modeling, exploratory analysis, and data visualization techniques.
Develop data science workflows that translate large datasets into actionable insights for business decisions.
Build machine learning and predictive modeling solutions using Python, R, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
Collaborate on AI and GenAI use cases supporting data-driven transformation and advanced analytics delivery.
Design, test, and refine data models, data pipelines, and data quality checks for analytical solutions.
Interpret results and recommendations for client teams through clear technical documentation and visual storytelling.
Apply AI fluency, analytical thinking, and data mining skills to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities.
Mentor junior team members, review assigned deliverables, and support their growth in technical skills.
Manage assigned workstreams while adapting to changing priorities, ambiguity, and client needs.
