About The Position

The Senior Data Scientist – AI leverages cutting-edge AI techniques to develop agents and tools for automation and augmentation use cases in operations. The role executes AI projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, organizational priorities, and business objectives. It analyzes requirements and feasibility and proposes AI solutions, conversational experiences, prompts, and platform capabilities to address new initiative challenges. The position collaborates with AI engineers, architects, product managers, business stakeholders, and business partners to develop and implement solutions, determine analytical approaches and modeling techniques, and evaluate scenarios and potential outcomes. It analyzes structured and unstructured data using statistical and mathematical methods to solve complex business problems, develops predictive models, statistical analyses, reports, and performance metrics, and presents and consults on results and solutions. It also exchanges complex information with internal and external peers and managers and uses programming skills to examine and interpret large volumes of data.

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant AI and/or analytics experience.
At least 3 years of experience programming in Python.
At least 3 years of experience programming in SQL.
At least 3 years of experience working with cloud technology.
Experience developing AI/ML-driven products or decision-support tools, with familiarity with agentic architecture and deployment.
Experience developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise technology solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Nice To Haves

Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners.
Ability to anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks before they occur.
Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages for analyzing large data sets from multiple data sources.
Experience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt design, and AI orchestration.
Experience with cloud-based technology platforms and AI solution deployments.
Master's degree or PhD.

Use programming skills to explore, examine, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms.
