About The Position

T-Mobile offers an 11-week paid learning experience for an AI Engineering Intern. The intern will work alongside senior AI Engineers to develop, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI-native solutions. The team’s solutions support churn retention, cross-selling and upselling for revenue generation, and the use of AI to solve IT-related problems. These solutions influence customer care and marketing campaigns and are attributed to more than $100 million in incremental revenue annually.

The intern will work on high-impact, customer-facing initiatives in care, retail, marketing, and related areas, gaining hands-on experience and working with mentors and colleagues across the company. Relocation assistance is available to program participants who live more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $27 to $50 per hour; actual pay depends on education and STEM designation.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
• Have one or more courses remaining in a bachelor's or graduate degree program after the internship.
• Be enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program at minimum.

Nice To Haves

• Enrollment in a master's program.
• Relevant certifications and/or experience.
