AI Engineering Intern

About The Position

Arine is developing an AI Outreach initiative: a configurable, agentic calling framework that uses ambient listening and AI-driven orchestration for patient, pharmacy, and provider interventions. The work is intended to elevate clinical workflows, personalize patient engagement, and improve clinical outcomes. The intern will work on converting unstructured call summaries and live transcripts into high-quality clinical SOAP notes, using foundation models such as Claude 3.5 Sonnet to extract structured clinical facts. The role will also contribute to prompt generation, agent guardrails, and response behavior so that AI agents can engage in a human-aware way and respond to stakeholder questions, comments, sentiment, and care gaps in real time. This is a 100% remote internship. The role requires a private work area that protects information privacy and reliable, low-latency internet suitable for uninterrupted video and voice calls. The posted pay rate is $25.00 per hour. Staff participate in Arine's Information Security Management Program and complete periodic information security awareness and HIPAA training. Employees must maintain a secure work environment and follow applicable policies and procedures; role-specific training must be completed before access is granted.
