AI Engineer – Anthropic Claude (Lead / Platform)
About The Position
Optiveum is recruiting and contracting two AI Engineers for a banking-sector client establishing Anthropic Claude Enterprise adoption and operations across its organization. The client is building a small team to design, secure, integrate, and operate the platform. The openings are Claude Lead Engineer and Claude Platform Engineer. The cooperation agreement will be signed directly with Optiveum. The Claude Lead Engineer owns the technical design and engineering of the enterprise Claude platform, including its architecture, security, compliance, and integration patterns. This role ensures Claude Enterprise capabilities are introduced securely, connected to internal systems through approved first-party and third-party patterns, and operated reliably in production. The Lead also enables business teams to adopt and use the platform. The Claude Platform Engineer builds and supports the platform according to defined requirements and internal guidelines, and designs, implements, operates, and continuously improves the platform and its enterprise integrations. This role maintains secure, reliable, scalable, and compliant Claude services and enables business teams to build and consume AI capabilities through approved integration patterns. The position is full-time (40 hours per week), hybrid with 75% remote work, and based in Warsaw. The rate is up to 170 PLN per hour net on a B2B basis.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT, including hands-on work in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude; Claude Enterprise platform engineering and operations experience is preferred.
- Enterprise integration and API engineering experience.
- Experience with enterprise AI architecture and operations.
- Experience with platform reliability, security, and governance.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to provide a criminal record certificate.
