About The Position

The AI Engineer will build and deploy production-ready AI applications, autonomous agents, workflow automation, and intelligent systems with direct business impact. The role calls for a builder who works effectively amid ambiguity, takes ownership, moves quickly, and turns ideas into deployed systems. The engineer will own projects from concept through deployment with minimal oversight and address complex technical challenges in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience personally building and deploying AI agents in production environments.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and coding proficiency.
• Deep understanding of LLM applications, prompt engineering, agent architectures, and AI workflows.
• Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, databases, and external services.
• Demonstrated ability to independently deliver projects from idea to execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs or Anthropic Claude.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or Qdrant.
• Experience with RAG architectures or multi-agent systems.
• Experience with Python or TypeScript.
• Experience with FastAPI or Docker.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and autonomous workflows.
• Develop agent architectures using modern LLM frameworks and orchestration tools.
• Build integrations with APIs, databases, internal tools, and external systems.
• Rapidly prototype AI-driven products and iterate based on real-world feedback.
• Create scalable solutions using large language models, retrieval systems, and automation frameworks.
• Optimize the performance, reliability, and cost of AI applications.
• Own projects from concept to deployment with minimal oversight.
• Solve complex technical challenges in fast-moving, high-impact environments.
