AI Engineer - Contract (On-site)
About The Position
We are working with a government entity in Austin, Texas, to find an AI Engineer to support a number of ongoing state projects. This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to permanent hire. This position requires you to be on-site downtown in the Capitol building 5 days per week. You must live in Austin or be easily commutable to downtown Austin to be eligible for this role. In this role, you will build an AI Assistant for a state government entity that will work with the platform development work they have been developing for the last 3 years. Their tech stack is Microsoft .NET-based. One project will focus on Government / Texas platform AI Assistant development, and the other project will be a customer/client-facing AI Assistant. You will help build a bot to analyze and quantify Data at this state government agency to highlight blockers, efficiencies, and anything they can do to be more efficient.
