About The Position

Agentic AI initiative supporting both internal and external users. The external-facing solution is in the pilot phase and targeted for production deployment within the next year. The internal solution is in the discovery phase with plans to move to Proof of Concept (POC). The front-end framework has already been developed. Seeking a strong AI Engineer/Developer to help move the solution from concept to POC and production.

7-10 years of experience delivering enterprise-scale software, SaaS, or platform solutions.
5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or agent-based systems.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.
Proven success delivering AI solutions from experimentation through production.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and MLOps.
Experience building AI agents, copilots, or autonomous workflows at enterprise scale.
Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, monitoring, and compliance frameworks.
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead AI engineering standards, best practices, and deployments.
Develop and scale AI agents and intelligent solutions across SaaS and platform-based applications.
Build solutions within Azure and Microsoft Power Platform environments.
Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Data, and Business stakeholders.
Design, develop, deploy, and manage AI-enabled capabilities and agent-based solutions.
Support AI initiatives ranging from experimentation and point solutions to enterprise-scale platforms.
Ensure scalability, security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
