About The Position

This role sits at the center of a highly visible AI transformation initiative focused on reshaping how business teams leverage artificial intelligence to make faster, smarter, and more informed decisions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation, design practical solutions, and ensure successful adoption across the organization. This is not a purely research-oriented role. Success will come from building tools that solve real problems, creating measurable business impact, and helping teams integrate AI into their day-to-day workflows. As part of a collaborative AI and Data organization, you will work alongside data scientists, AI engineers, product managers, and business leaders to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions across a variety of use cases. The role offers significant visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to remain at the forefront of rapidly evolving AI technologies.

• Strong technical aptitude, including experience with Python, APIs, and modern software development practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience delivering analytically complex and high-quality technical or business solutions.
• Experience with Python, APIs, automation frameworks, data engineering tools, or application development.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI frameworks, and workflow automation tools.
• Experience with modern AI development platforms and coding assistants such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Google Gemini CLI, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technology solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Exposure to data-intensive, analytical, consulting, strategy, financial services, or technology environments is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business processes.
• Prototype, evaluate, and implement emerging AI technologies, including large language models, autonomous agents, workflow automation solutions, and data enrichment tools.
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify high-impact use cases and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and technology partners to accelerate AI adoption and share best practices.
• Evaluate external AI platforms and vendors, conduct proof-of-concepts, and lead implementation efforts where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and supporting infrastructure for AI applications.
• Champion AI adoption by educating stakeholders, providing training, and promoting effective use of AI-powered tools and workflows.
• Stay current on advancements in AI and recommend new capabilities that can create business value.
