About The Position

Rwazi is a global consumer intelligence platform. This role focuses on automating manual workflows within the go-to-market engine, including prospecting, enrichment, campaign operations, content production, and reporting, by building AI systems. The goal is to ship working tools weekly that reduce manual work and accelerate pipeline movement, rather than focusing on strategy decks.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in shipping fast with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT), including prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and RAG where applicable.
  • Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills, with experience in scraping, enrichment, and API integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with the modern GTM stack, including CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce-type), enrichment tools (Clay/Apollo-type), orchestration tools (n8n/Make/Zapier), and email infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to build and demo autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows that have run in production.
  • Self-directed: ability to identify manual workflows, propose solutions, and implement them.
  • Availability with meaningful US-timezone overlap.

Responsibilities

  • Build an outbound engine: lead sourcing, enrichment, scoring, and personalized sequencing, integrated with the CRM. This includes agentic workflows where possible and human-in-the-loop where necessary.
  • Develop inbound and lifecycle flows: lead routing, qualification, nurture triggers, and activation/re-engagement automations.
  • Create a content pipeline: AI-assisted production for outbound copy, landing pages, social media, and campaign assets, with quality assurance to prevent off-brand content.
  • Establish a GTM data layer: build dashboards and reporting for pipeline, conversion, and campaign performance that update automatically.
  • Implement temporary fixes for GTM workflows or tool gaps quickly, rather than relying on vendors.
