About The Position

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead solution architecture and customer success for our image recognition–driven retail execution platform, across European markets. This is a hybrid role combining technical solution ownership with strategic customer engagement, ensuring successful deployments, adoption, and continuous value realization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ML/Data Science–driven products, enterprise solution design, and customer-facing program management. Experience in retail execution and image recognition is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • 10–14 years of experience in solution architecture, program management, or customer success roles.
  • Proven experience delivering ML, AI, or data science–driven solutions.
  • Strong background in enterprise system integrations and solution design.
  • Experience managing customer-facing technical engagements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, global teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail execution, CPG, or field sales technology.
  • Hands-on exposure to image recognition or computer vision solutions.
  • Experience with Trax Retail or similar retail analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data pipelines.
  • Experience managing multi-country or European market deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Solution deployments across European markets.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML-enabled solution designs.
  • Work closely with AI/ML, data science, engineering, and product teams to ensure technical feasibility and performance.
  • Define and maintain integration architecture with client systems (e.g., Data platforms, sales systems, analytics platforms).
  • Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, and architecture approvals with client stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards across markets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key European clients.
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion of the PEPIRIS solution.
  • Monitor customer KPIs and ensure delivery against agreed business outcomes.
  • Lead executive reviews, roadmap discussions, and value realization sessions.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and solution enhancements.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee multiple deployments across markets, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams: product, AI, engineering, and regional business teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in solution performance, model accuracy, and operational processes.
  • Establish best practices, playbooks, and reusable solution components.
