About The Position

Bitovi is seeking a full-time AI Enablement Trainer to help clients and internal teams get practical value from AI. The trainer leads Bitovi’s prepackaged AI Enablement trainings, usually in person at client sites, and supports internal training programs. Sessions serve technical and non-technical audiences and may include up to 100 attendees. The role focuses first on delivering engaging, hands-on training through live demonstrations, guided exercises, and practical problems. The trainer owns training logistics, prerequisites, learning environments, content upkeep, and feedback collection. Over time, the trainer will broaden the training offering, develop and pilot new formats and tracks, and enable other consultants to deliver trainings independently through mentoring, co-delivery, documentation, and playbooks. The position is remote but requires frequent travel to lead in-person trainings at client sites and with internal teams. Training schedules will be planned in advance, with efforts made to accommodate the trainer’s schedule.

Requirements

A track record of leading in-person, hands-on technical trainings and workshops for engineering, product, design, and QA audiences, with the ability to adjust pace and depth based on the room.
Experience delivering trainings to large enterprise client audiences in a professional setting.
Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted software delivery tools and techniques, such as Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, software factories, and spec-driven development, including the ability to demo, troubleshoot, and distinguish effective current practices from hype.
Familiarity with the software delivery life cycle, including design, product, development, QA, and testing, and how AI affects each stage.
Experience building and maintaining curriculum, including exercises, sample applications, slide decks, and learner training environments.
Comfort setting up and supporting technical environments, including repositories, tooling, accounts, and prerequisites.
Experience teaching others to teach, such as mentoring instructors, writing playbooks, or co-delivering trainings.
Ability to manage scheduling, logistics, materials, and feedback surveys with little oversight.
Enjoyment of helping people grow and patience to meet learners at their starting level.
Willingness to travel frequently for in-person trainings at client sites and with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver Bitovi’s prepackaged AI Enablement trainings on-site to client teams, including technical and non-technical attendees, for groups of up to 100 people.
Make training sessions hands-on through live demos, guided exercises, and real-world problems learners can apply to their work.
Own training prerequisites and environment setup, and troubleshoot learners’ setups during sessions.
Handle scheduling and logistics for client trainings and recurring internal trainings.
Identify follow-up opportunities during trainings and pass them to the practice owner and sales.
Keep training content current as AI tools and best practices change, and retire outdated material.
Create and maintain training surveys, then collect, analyze, and report on feedback.
Explore and develop new training formats and tracks, and pilot content before adding it to the standard offering.
Train and support consultants so they can deliver trainings independently.
Build instructor-facing documentation and playbooks to make new-instructor onboarding straightforward.
Co-deliver trainings with new instructors until they are ready to lead independently.
