About The Position

CSafe is looking for an AI Enablement Lead with experience as a hands-on builder, translator, and change agent who thrives at the intersection of technology and real-world business operations. You will embed directly within our business teams: Finance, Operations, Sales, Quality, Supply Chain, etc. and deliver measurable impact quickly. You’ll identify improvements needed in day-to-day work, design practical AI-driven solutions, and bring them to life. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field—or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 3+ years in a technical or cross-functional role that required translating technology capabilities into business outcomes (e.g., solutions engineering, technical consulting, product management, IT business partnership, data analysis, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI or automation to real-world tasks with evidence of measurable impact
  • Experience working across teams or in an embedded model where you partnered with groups outside your direct reporting line
  • Strong applied knowledge of generative AI tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, open-source LLMs) and practical experience applying them in business workflows
  • Comfortable with rapid prototyping and experimentation. Able to stitch together AI tools, APIs, and data sources to quickly demonstrate value without over engineering
  • Working knowledge of data sourcing, transformation, and integration patterns. Should be comfortable navigating databases, APIs, flat files, and SaaS platforms to feed AI-driven workflows.
  • Exceptional listening skills and business acumen: able to sit with a team, understand their pain points deeply, and translate ambiguous problems into concrete, scoped solutions
  • Proven ability to coach and enable non-technical users; gets energy from watching others succeed with new capabilities
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable running demos, leading workshops, and creating energy around new ways of working
  • Self-directed with a high tolerance for context switching; thrives on variety and the challenge of a new team and domain every month
  • Familiarity with change management principles; understands that technology adoption is a people problem as much as a technical one

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure ecosystem is a plus
  • Domain experience in supply chain, logistics, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Embed within business teams for 4–6 week sprints, rapidly diagnosing workflows and uncovering high-impact opportunities for AI and automation
  • Translate real business needs into working solutions using AI tools, APIs, and existing data sources—prioritizing speed and value over perfection
  • Deliver solutions through to production launch, owning outcomes end-to-end
  • Partner with an AI Champion in each team. Coaching, co-creating, and transferring ownership so progress continues after your engagement
  • Design and lead a biweekly AI Demo Series
  • Evangelize AI through live demos, success stories, and visible wins
  • Turn skepticism into adoption by showing—not telling—what’s possible
  • Define and maintain an AI adoption scorecard, tracking usage, engagement, and business impact
  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools aligned with CSafe’s security, data, and technology environment
  • Partner with Software Engineering to ensure solutions scale within enterprise architecture and governance standards
