About The Position

Converse is hiring an MBA candidate for a paid AI Enablement Graduate Internship on its Enterprise Acceleration & Operations team. The team stewards the Office of the CEO, turning enterprise priorities into coordinated action across the Senior Leadership Team and key functions. The intern will work closely with the Sr. Director, Enterprise Acceleration & Operations, the Principal, AI Enablement, and leaders across Converse. The intern will own a defined, high-impact AI enablement project from problem framing through recommendation, activation, and measurement. The work will explore practical ways to use AI across the enterprise, including helping leaders make decisions, manage the business, and improve team effectiveness. Project areas may include redesigning enterprise workflows with generative AI, automation, or agents; creating AI-enabled reporting and decision-support tools; developing role-based AI activation models; identifying and measuring capacity gains; and building a repeatable process for moving AI use cases from idea to adoption and measurable value. This opportunity is intended for an MBA candidate with consulting or equivalent experience who can independently structure and deliver work in an ambiguous, cross-functional environment. Deep technical expertise is not required, but AI fluency, curiosity, and the ability to translate emerging technology into practical business change are essential. A resume and cover letter must be submitted together as a single combined PDF. The internship is paid and includes relocation assistance.
